Using Frank

Frank is a Wild Built Studio tool currently offered to approved pilot users. Contact admin@crespohq.com for help or to stop using it.
Connect only a mailbox you are authorized to use. Keep your login private. An invitation permits your own account access; it does not authorize access to someone else’s mailbox or business records.
Frank’s sorting suggestions can be wrong, and a partial review is not a complete inbox. Check the original email and review important decisions yourself. The removal audit flags local conditions; it is not a recommendation to permanently delete anything. Frank’s retained review is not a backup service.
Before sending, check the recipient and exact text. Before archiving, check the selected email. An approved send may not be reversible. If an action’s result is uncertain, check Gmail before trying again; do not assume it failed. Removing or restoring an item in Frank changes the local review, not Gmail’s archive state.
Pilot features may change or become unavailable. No response-time, delivery, classification-accuracy, business-result, or uninterrupted-service commitment is made by this pilot description. No price, paid subscription, or payment obligation is established by this page. Any future paid service needs separate disclosed terms.
You may disconnect Gmail and stop using Frank at any time. The privacy page explains retention and deletion requests. Google and Cloudflare services remain subject to their own applicable terms. These pilot terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
