Frank
A clearer next step for your inbox.
Frank is a Wild Built Studio tool for reviewing a connected Gmail account. See what may need your attention, what needs a closer look, and what can wait. Read the reason for a suggestion and change its bucket when Frank gets it wrong.
You control the next action. Type a reply, review the recipient and exact text, then choose whether to send. Archiving needs a separate Google permission and your approval for the individual email. Removing something from Frank changes your review; it does not delete the email from Gmail.
Frank is currently available to approved pilot users. Each person signs in with their approved email and connects their own Gmail. Being invited does not give someone access to another person’s mailbox. The interface works in English and Spanish.
What Frank reads: when you ask it to refresh, Frank reads a bounded batch of recent messages, including basic headers, a snippet, up to 4 KB of text, and attachment names. It does not download attachments. You may also explicitly find one message by sender and exact subject. Review coverage can be incomplete; Frank tells you when it is.
What is available today: rules-based sorting, manual corrections, typed replies, individual archiving, and removal review. Local microphone dictation depends on browser support; keyboard dictation is an alternative. AI processing is off in this pilot. Frank does not automatically send replies, archive messages, empty Gmail trash, or decide that an email is safe to delete.
