Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms apply when you buy a package from Wild Built Studio (“we,” “us”). By completing checkout, you agree to them.
1. What you’re buying
Each package covers the fixed scope described on its sales page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope — extra pages, additional integrations, or custom features — is quoted separately and only starts after you agree to it in writing.
2. Timeline
Our timeline (for example, “ready for review 3 business days after intake”) starts once we have your complete intake and materials. Delays in sending information, account access, or approvals extend the timeline.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, reviews, and content you send us, and that your business information, prices, and claims are accurate. You are responsible for the services you advertise and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
4. Revisions and approval
Revision rounds are as listed in your package. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Your approval means the site matches what you asked for.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own your website content, domain, and the accounts set up in your name. Third-party tools (hosting, booking, payments) remain subject to those providers’ terms. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-party costs and services
Domain, hosting, apps, and payment processing are billed to you by those providers. We aren’t responsible for their outages, price changes, or policy changes.
7. Support
We fix setup bugs for 30 days after launch. Ongoing updates, edits, and monitoring are available through Wild Care, which is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
8. No guaranteed results
We build tools that make it easier for customers to reach and book you, but we can’t guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, rankings, or revenue.
9. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in question.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
